FEEDING


   In the coffee of the premises it is offered by vending machines, foods that do not require a knife and fork, in a sandwich, empanada or tarrina format. However, the fact that  are not offered artistics plates does not mean that the preparations are not worthy of the best restaurant. It offers for example: Escalibada, Italian pasta, paella, seafood, cakes, fruit, etc.

  The vegetable ingredients are non-irradiated, acquired in farmers in the area. There is not used meat with nitrites, nor seafood with sulphites. The bread is made in the kitchen of center, with non-chemical yeast.

   In terms of hygiene, the standards required to obtain the food handling certificate are strictly followed, plus the obligation to use gloves and a hat, plus extreme cleaning without the use of insecticides.
