HYDRAULICS

      It is intended to contemplate the types of hydraulic cylinders needed to cover all needs, discarding types that for some reason do not have the desirable cost-performance ratio.

      Standard cylinders and special cylinders are included.

       DOUBLE EFFECT 

    Hydraulic cylinder of double effect more versatile and recommended.

    It has space to place safety valve, although it is preferable toplace it in the hydraulic group.

    It allows the three options of manufacturing the base, threaded, weldedor machined.

   It allows optional reinforcement rings at the ends. It admits all the options ofcoupling

of the shank:

    Anvil, swivel head, thread or screw.

      DOUBLE STEM

     Double-acting hydraulic cylinder, suitable for symmetrical movements, since it provides equal force in both directions. However, since the cylinder tilts on its central anchor and does not admit lateral forces, it is usually finished designing the mechanism for a single rod cylinder, adding a bar.

       WHIRT

   Especially narrow hydraulic cylinders, useful for lifting heavy construction elements at a certain height, such as formwork.

   As there is no space for the mounting holes of the nut, it must bemachined with ball.

    Low by gravity, which does not require double effect.

       RETURN WITH SPRING

    Since the force of the spring must be overcome when the spring is extended,the performance is reduced and the stroke is very limited by the thickness of the spring.

    It is suitable when it is necessary to regulate the movements accurately, for which it must contain a race sensor mounted inside.

      CATS

   Double-acting cylinders, short stroke cylinders for particularly large forces, such as displacement of threads (hincas) or de-loading of temporary stampers.

    Normally precise tilting head.

     TELESCOPICS

   Hydraulic cylinders preferably of simple effect, because the return requires drills of complicated execution along the sleeves.

     CABLE TENSIONERS

     Mechanism based on two associated hydraulic cylinders, which allow to tension groups of thick steel cables with the help of 3-leg wedges that lock and unlock each cable. The upper cylinder pulls the cables, nailing the upper wedges and unblocking the lower ones, then the lower cylinder presses the lower wedges preventing the cable from returning. The upper cylinder retracts by unlocking the upper wedges. The process is repeated.

   This mechanism requires the construction of a wedge base anchored in the concrete wall from which the cables are pulled.

   When introducing the first cable, it is necessary to manually rotate the upper cylinder to align the inlet and outlet holes.
